Турецкие власти предложили проект реконструкции городов за 400 млрд долларов
Министерство экологии и градостроительства Турции обнародовало грандиозный проект реконструкции городов.
Решение было принято в ходе оценки последствий двух землетрясений, которые унесли жизни примерно 650 человек в провинции Ван. По предварительной оценке, общая стоимость строительства составит 400 млрд долларов.
Большинство строений в Турции не способны выстоять при сильном землетрясении. Это значит, что трагедия на востоке страны может повториться в любом другом городе и оставить после себя столь же масштабные разрушения. Комитет Верховной Рады по вопросам налоговой и таможенной политики подготовит и обобщит предложения к проекту Налогового кодекса до 4 ноября. Об этом сообщил глава комитета Виталий Хомутынник в среду.
Он сообщил, что члены комитета «достаточно плодотворно работают в ежедневном режиме без выходных и даже без перерывов, в режиме постоянных рабочих групп» над проектом Налогового кодекса.
«Сегодня заканчивается срок подачи предложений от субъектов законодательной инициативы. Я думаю, что в конце дня будет где-то около 2 тыс. предложений», - сказал В.Хомутынник.
По его словам, затем комитет начнет отрабатывать предложения, составит сравнительную таблицу и «попытается обработать» все предложения, чтобы начать рассмотрение проекта Налогового кодекса 4 ноября в сессионном зале.
«Если мы поймем, что какие-то нормы остаются не согласованными и возникнет необходимость в дополнительных консультациях, то последний срок, когда мы обязательно примем Налоговый кодекс, - 18 ноября», - сказал депутат, пояснив, что имеет ввиду срок, когда документ может быть принят в парламенте.
Кроме того, В.Хомутынник подчеркнул, что комитет принял решение о переносе срока введения в действие налогообложения прибыли с депозитов физических лиц на 2015 год.
«Аргументация такова: сегодня банковская система еще не готова принять такие новшества», - отметил глава комитета.
